Job Description
Administer Windows and Linux servers and cloud infrastructure (Azure) manage backups and DR and provide telecom/voice platform support for contact center technologies to ensure reliable service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor backups disaster recovery procedures and storage provisioning (e.g. Commvault NetApp).
- Provide application support monitor system health and capacity planning.
- Manage server/cloud infrastructure and application support.
- Provide Operating System Support (Windows 90% Linux 9% Mac 1%).
- Support Azure Cloud Infrastructure.
- Document SOPs and support compliance audits.
- Execute patching schedules across servers and endpoints.
- Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to minimize impact.
- Track patch compliance and report on status.
Support change management and audit documentation.
Qualifications :
- 3 years in systems engineering/infrastructure support (Windows Linux Azure Cloud).
- Experience with backup tools (Commvault) storage platforms (NetApp Pure) and cloud environments.
- Experience with patching tools (Ivanti is preferred. SCCM WSUS Ansible).
- Understanding of change management and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
