Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Create a safe welcoming and nurturing classroom environment.
- Observe and assess each childs development and provide feedback to parents.
- Foster a positive learning atmosphere and encourage childrens social interactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their childs progress and needs.
- Support the emotional and social development of children.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- State certification or licensing as required.
- Previous experience working with young children in a pre-school setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
