Job Summary
Location: Odisha (Recruitment Fieldwork)
Role:
We are looking for a Field Recruiter from Odisha to hire and mobilize candidates for a reputed electronics manufacturing unit in Hosur Tamil Nadu.
Responsibilities:
Conduct field/campus drives across Odisha (Colleges ITIs NGOs local communities).
Build strong networks with institutions training centers and community leaders.
Source & counsel female candidates regarding job opportunities and relocation.
Coordinate documentation & joining formalities.
Share daily/weekly recruitment status reports with the HR team.
Requirements
0 3 yrs experience in recruitment / mobilization (freshers with strong networking skills may also apply).
Strong communication in Odia & local dialects.
Willing to travel extensively within Odisha and outside as required.
