Job Summary
- Leading and managing the complete gamut for the FCM function for BGSWs Coimbatore offices.
- Responsible for stakeholder management with location POCs and leaders based in COB along with vendor management. Vendor builder & SEZ communication
- Facilities Management with projects experience from a construction & fit-out standpoint
- Managing location budgets spaces transport services hygiene management security services energy management health/safety and environment management
Qualifications :
- Fulltime BE / (Civil Mech)
- MBA in relevant discipline
Additional Information :
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in leading and managing the function of Facilities Management with large global IT organization.
