About the Role:
Segula Technologies is inviting enthusiastic female MBA freshers to join our dynamic team as HRBP Interns in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on exposure to HR Business Partnering
- Opportunities to work on live HR projects
- A pathway to transition into a full-time HRBP role based on performance
- Partner with HRBPs in delivering HR services across business units
- Support onboarding employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
- Conduct client site visits for engagement activities (feedback sessions events well-being drives)
- Prepare HR reports presentations and documentation for internal and client use
- Contribute to HR policy reviews and ensure compliance
Stipend & Opportunity:
- Stipend offered during the internship.
- Successful interns will be converted to Permanent role with Segula
Qualifications :
Qualifications: MBA / PG in Human Resources (Freshers encouraged to apply)
