Job Summary
- Own end-to-end development of scalable secure and maintainable applications.
- Lead architecture decisions enforce coding standards and ensure best practices.
- Build responsive UIs and scalable services.
- Drive TDD code quality (SonarQube) and performance optimization.
- Contribute to AWS cloud architecture CI/CD and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product design and engineering teams to deliver features.
- Mentor developers conduct reviews and guide technical growth.
- Troubleshoot issues debug and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and improve team delivery.
- Participates in all phases of the product development lifecycle including the analysis design test and integration of products
- Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests
- Monitoring and improving performance.

Qualifications :
Experience:
- 7 years of hands-on experience as a software developer.
- 3 years of professional experience working with ReactJS/
- Experience in leading small team and implementing engineering best practices.
Frontend Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript ES6 features and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of ecosystem including Redux/MobX React Query and component libraries (Semantic UI Ant Design Material UI etc.).
- Familiarity with modern front-end practices such as Atomic Design Vite bundler and responsive UI/UX design principles.
- Solid grounding in HTML5 CSS3 and browser APIs.
Backend Expertise:
- Strong experience with Express/NestJS frameworks and server-side development.
- Hands-on experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
- Knowledge of caching mechanisms (Redis Memcached) background jobs/queues (BullMQ SQS RabbitMQ etc.) and asynchronous processing.
Database & Storage:
- Must have experience in performance tuning and scaling of applications using large datasets.
- Experience with RDBMS and preferably any NoSQL databases such as MongoDB DynamoDB etc.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and optimization.
Cloud & DevOps:
- Experience in building deploying and managing products in cloud as SaaS.
