Job Summary
Location: Mumbai & Hyderabad
We are seeking a dynamic leader to head our Real Estate business in Mumbai. The Location Head will drive deal origination business development and revenue growth while leading a team and managing end-to-end execution of transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Originate and source real estate financing deals across syndication land intermediation asset management and strategy.
Manage transactions from origination to closure including due diligence and documentation.
Lead and mentor the buy-side team ensuring high-quality deliverables (IMs financial models presentations market analysis).
Build and strengthen relationships with clients investors and strategic partners.
Provide feedback on transaction documents and negotiate key commercial terms.
Track and analyze real estate market trends to identify opportunities and strengthen the business portfolio.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 4 14 years with Bank/NBFC/AIF in Real Estate financing or SME/Mid-market wholesale banking.
Education: MBA/Management qualification from a top-tier institute.
Skills:
Strong deal-making negotiation & relationship-building skills.
Networking interpersonal and analytical strengths.
Ability to work independently multitask and manage multiple stakeholders.
