As a Co-Founder of organization you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision strategy and growth trajectory of the company. You will collaborate closely with fellow co-founders and team members to drive innovation build a strong company culture and achieve our mission of Helping millions of students/freshers/professionals PAN India to get Job-Ready In-Time!
Idea is to not see them as our customers but our future workforce of a million that we can take into the IT industry to capture 1% of then $500 Bn industry by 2030 to make us a $5 Bn company in the next 5 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS A CO-FOUNDER
Strategic Leadership:
o Collaborate with fellow Co-Founders to define the companys vision mission and strategic priorities.
o Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
o Drive continuous innovation and differentiation to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Team Building and Management:
o Recruit lead and mentor a high-performing team of professionals aligned with the companys values and culture.
o Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where team members are empowered to contribute their best ideas and work together towards common goals.
o Provide ongoing guidance support and professional development opportunities to team members to help them grow and excel in their roles.
Product and Technology Leadership:
o Lead the development and execution of the companys product roadmap ensuring alignment with customer needs market trends and business objectives.
o Oversee the design development and launch of innovative products and features that deliver exceptional value to customers and drive business growth.
o Champion a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in product development and technology innovation.
Business Development and Partnerships:
o Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance the companys market presence reach and revenue opportunities.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers investors suppliers and industry partners.
o Negotiate and finalize business agreements and contracts that support the companys growth and expansion initiatives.
Financial Management and Fundraising:
o Work closely with the Founder and finance team to develop and manage the companys financial strategy budgeting and forecasting processes.
o Lead fundraising efforts to secure capital from investors venture capitalists and other sources to fuel the companys growth and expansion plans.
o Ensure the efficient and effective allocation of financial resources to support key business priorities and initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
Investment in Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd.
Proven experience as a successful entrepreneur founder or senior executive in a startup environment is desirable
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals and objectives.
Deep domain expertise in IT or Management with a track record of driving innovation and delivering results.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving growth and creating value for customers and stakeholders.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses along with a high tolerance for ambiguity and risk.
Bachelors degree or MBA or advanced degree preferred.
COMPENSATION:
Remuneration would be in terms of equity stake initially based on skills experience and qualifications. Salary thereafter would be no bar for the top performers.
