Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning execution and delivery of projects in the field of Advance Computing. The role requires strong organizational skills stakeholder coordination and the ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously. You will work closely with project managers technical teams and clients to ensure the smooth execution of projects within scope budget and timelines.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning scheduling and tracking project activities milestones and deliverables.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including software developers system engineers and research professionals in advanced computing domains.

  • Maintain and update project documentation reports and dashboards for management review.

  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks bottlenecks or deviations from plan.

  • Support in resource allocation budget tracking and procurement coordination.

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings reviews and client interactions.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies quality standards and security protocols.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements track changes and manage communication flow.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to project managers.


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Project JIRA Trello or other project management tools.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic technology-driven environment.

  • Strong analytical problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with insurance coordination and asset management systems is a plus.
