We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Sales to join our team at Grand Mercure Ahmedabad GIFT City. As a key member of our leadership team you will drive our corporate sales strategy inspire and mentor our sales team and cultivate strong relationships with high-value corporate clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed corporate revenue targets
- Lead coach and motivate the corporate sales team to deliver outstanding results
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers
- Collaborate with the Revenue Manager on sales forecasting and pricing strategies
- Create and oversee the annual sales budget and business plan for the corporate segment
- Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative sales approaches to capture them
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking functions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to corporate clients
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management
