Pre-Sales Support
Solution Design & Documentation

Support the preparation of AV design layouts block diagrams and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

Work with design tools and software to develop AV schematics and documentation.

Ensure proposed designs align with client objectives and budget.
Client & Internal Collaboration

Participate in client calls or meetings alongside senior engineers.

Help address client questions and clarify technical aspects of proposed solutions.

Coordinate internally with sales engineering and installation teams.
Proposal Development
Quality & Testing Assistance
Learning & Technology Awareness
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Audiovisual Technology Electronics Computer Science or related field.

Strong interest or foundational knowledge in AV technologies (audio video control systems etc.).

Familiarity with basic AV signal flow and components (displays amplifiers switchers).
-
Exposure to any AV design software (AutoCAD Visio D-Tools etc.) is a plus.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of client handling and technical documentation.

Willingness to learn and work under guidance in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred

Internship or project experience in AV IT systems or system design.

Familiarity with AV control systems (Crestron AMX) or video conferencing tools (Zoom MS Teams Cisco).
