Job Description
Join us in building the next generation of cloud-based SaaS platforms for a global leader in contact center software. As a Junior Software Engineer you will work with a team of experienced engineers to develop test and support Java-based microservices using Spring Boot. This role is ideal for someone looking to strengthen their software development skills in a cloud environment while contributing to production-ready systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Java microservices using Spring Boot.
- Assist in designing and implementing scalable and reliable features.
- Troubleshoot and provide support for existing services under guidance from senior engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers QA and peers to deliver high-quality software.
- Learn and apply best practices for cloud-based application development.
Qualifications :
- 1 years of experience in Java development using Spring Boot.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Basic understanding of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud concepts is a plus (GCP AWS or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- General understanding of version control (Git).
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Docker or containerized environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud services (Google BigQuery Cloud Storage Cloud Functions etc.).
