Job Description

This is a remote position.

Role Overview
We are seeking an AI-focused Sales Engineer who can partner with our sales team to design demonstrate and position cutting-edge AI GenAI and automation solutions for global clients. This role requires blending technical depth in AI/automation platforms with customer-facing storytelling enabling clients to visualize ROI and transformation opportunities across IT HR Finance and Operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Executives to qualify leads and shape AI/automation opportunities across industries.
  • Deliver compelling demos prototypes and workshops showcasing GenAI conversational AI and automation use cases.
  • Map client pain points to AI/ML and automation architectures that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Create presales deliverables: solution designs ROI/TCO models architecture decks and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Position AssistNow s Assistly ITSM agent Workday Extend apps and Odoo ERP integrations with AI as the differentiator.
  • Track emerging AI technologies (agentic AI copilots AR/VR Industry 4.0) and recommend positioning strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs/CTOs translating technical innovation into executive-level narratives.
  • Collaborate with product delivery and analyst teams to refine offerings and sharpen competitive positioning.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
  • 5 8 years in presales solution engineering or consulting with an emphasis on AI/automation.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI conversational AI IT process automation (ITPA) and ML-driven analytics.
  • Experience integrating AI into ERP ITSM or enterprise workflows.
  • Ability to develop and present ROI/value models for AI adoption.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders.
