Job Description
This is a remote position.
Role Overview
We are seeking an AI-focused Sales Engineer who can partner with our sales team to design demonstrate and position cutting-edge AI GenAI and automation solutions for global clients. This role requires blending technical depth in AI/automation platforms with customer-facing storytelling enabling clients to visualize ROI and transformation opportunities across IT HR Finance and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify leads and shape AI/automation opportunities across industries.
- Deliver compelling demos prototypes and workshops showcasing GenAI conversational AI and automation use cases.
- Map client pain points to AI/ML and automation architectures that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Create presales deliverables: solution designs ROI/TCO models architecture decks and RFP/RFI responses.
- Position AssistNow s Assistly ITSM agent Workday Extend apps and Odoo ERP integrations with AI as the differentiator.
- Track emerging AI technologies (agentic AI copilots AR/VR Industry 4.0) and recommend positioning strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs/CTOs translating technical innovation into executive-level narratives.
- Collaborate with product delivery and analyst teams to refine offerings and sharpen competitive positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor s in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 5 8 years in presales solution engineering or consulting with an emphasis on AI/automation.
- Strong understanding of GenAI conversational AI IT process automation (ITPA) and ML-driven analytics.
- Experience integrating AI into ERP ITSM or enterprise workflows.
- Ability to develop and present ROI/value models for AI adoption.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders.
