Job Summary
CountHQ is a fast-growing outsourcing firm that partners with Australian CPA firms businesses and financial advisors to deliver taxation & accounting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile and allocate daily bank transactions
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Organizing and processing payroll in an accurate and timely manner
- Engage with international clients suppliers
- Prepare and post month-end journal entries
- Generate monthly financial reports and statements for clients
Requirements
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Australian accounting principles and regulations
- Proficient in Xero MYOB QuickBooks and advanced MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Accuracy and attention to detail
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Australian accounting and bookkeeping
Educational Qualifications
- B. Com M. Com MBA Finance
- Professional qualifications like CA CPA ACCA are preferred
