Job Description

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and effective designs for various media such as logos brochures flyers posters websites social media graphics and more.

Concept Development: Collaborate with clients or team members to understand project goals and develop creative concepts that align with the brands identity and objectives.

Visual Elements: Select and manipulate images typography color schemes and other visual elements to enhance the overall design and convey the intended message.

Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite CorelDRAWIllustratorAdobe InDesignCanvaMicrosoft Publisher) to create editand produce high-quality graphics and visual content.

Print Production: Prepare and format designs for printing ensuring that the final printed materials meet quality and technical specifications.

Web Design: Design and maintain website graphics banners and other online visuals ensuring a user-friendly and visually pleasing experience.



Requirements

Bachelors degree in graphic design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.

Strong understanding of design principles typography and color theory.

Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Creativity attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines.

Experience with print production and knowledge of print technologies (if applicable).

Optional Skills:

Animation and video editing skills.

2D & 3D modelling and rendering capabilities.

Coding and web development knowledge.



Qualifications & Experience l Education: PGDBM / MBA in Human Resource Management or related field. l Certifications (Preferred): Train the Trainer, Competency Mapping, Talent Assessment, DISC, POSH, Virtual Training Mastery. l Experience: 15 20 years of progressive L&D experience; at least 3 4 years in a leadership L&D/OD role with team management. l Industry Exposure: Retail, Pharma, Manufacturing, FMCG, Consulting preferred.
