Job Description
Job Title: Tech Lead BI & Analytics
Experience: 8 to 15 Years
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office preferred)
Joining Timeline: Within 15 Days

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Tech Lead BI & Analytics to lead the development of scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python ClickHouse Databricks Azure Cloud and containerization technologies along with a good understanding of GenAI-based code assist tools and API development.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage BI and analytics projects from concept to deployment.

Architect and develop APIs and microservices to power data insights.

Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines and storage solutions using ClickHouse and Databricks.

Drive development using Azure Cloud services Data Factory Blob Storage Azure Databricks etc.

Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate development prototyping and automation.

Design and manage deployment workflows using Docker and/or Kubernetes.

Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior team members to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
Required Skill Set:

Programming: Python
-
BI & Analytics Tools: ClickHouse Databricks

Cloud: Azure (Data Services Compute Storage)

API Development: RESTful APIs and integrations

Containerization: Docker Kubernetes (or equivalent)

AI Tools: Familiarity with GenAI-based coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot CodeWhisperer)

Experience: 8 15 years in BI analytics and backend development

Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a technical team
