Job Description
- Lead the Digital & Web Strategy implementation to strengthen hotel web performance across the India Region.
- Drive Direct Digital Marketing initiatives including SEM website animation microsite development localized campaigns social media and OTA marketing programs.
- Optimize Indirect Digital Marketing through strategic OTA partnerships ensuring rate parity and compliance with Accors Best Price Guarantee.
- Provide ongoing support to hotels on digital marketing strategies; conduct audits workshops and implement training programs to enhance digital capability.
- Deliver data-driven insights through analysis of PPC display metasearch and email marketing campaigns tracking online performance across all channels.
- Uphold safety quality and sustainability standards in alignment with Accors global policies and ISO certifications.
Qualifications :
- Masters Degree in Marketing Digital Marketing or a related field is required with Minimum of 5 years of Digital Marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools SEM OTA programs and social media strategies.
- Proven track record in driving digital performance and managing large-scale online campaigns.
- Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry will be an added advantage.
Additional Information :
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong team player capable of working effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of TARS Accor distribution systems and pricing strategies preferred.
- Positive can-do attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
