Requirements
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer (Android) to design engaging user-friendly and visually appealing experiences for our Android applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Material Design accessibility and responsive layouts that scale across diverse Android devices. You will collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life ensuring seamless usability and design consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Design user-centric interfaces for Android applications aligned with Material Design principles.
Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity visuals using Figma or Sketch.
Ensure responsive and adaptive layouts across multiple screen sizes and devices.
Apply accessibility best practices to deliver inclusive user experiences.
Conduct user research usability testing and translate feedback into iterative design improvements.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
Maintain and evolve a scalable design system for Android products.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5 years of professional experience in mobile UX/UI design with strong focus on Android.
Proven expertise in Material Design guidelines and patterns.
Proficiency in Figma and/or Sketch.
Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design for multiple screen sizes.
Experience with accessibility design principles and inclusive design standards.
Excellent communication problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with motion/interaction design for Android.
Familiarity with cross-platform design consistency (iOS vs. Android).
Understanding of usability challenges across low-end to flagship Android devices.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance websites and web applications that align with our digital transformation goals. You will collaborate across departments to ensure our digital assets effectively support our business strategy and deliver real value to our clients. Shape Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive websites and internal web applications. Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to align website functionality with business goals. Ensure website performance, speed, and scalability across all devices and browsers. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement and maintain SEO best practices, analytics tracking, and user engagement tools. Manage and maintain content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow). Troubleshoot website issues and perform regular site audits and updates. Stay up to date on the latest web technologies and digital trends. Shape Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a web developer or similar role (3+ years preferred). Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) along with backend technologies (e.g., , PHP, Python, .NET) and RESTful APIs. (Knowledge of PHP is a must) Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Webflow. Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and UX/UI principles. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of web performance optimization and SEO fundamentals. Knowledge of SEO fundamentals including structured data (), semantic markup, lazy loading, and mobile-first indexing. Manage redirects (301/302) and fix broken links. Experience with technical SEO tools like Google Search Console, Lighthouse, Screaming Frog, or SEMrush is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects with a detail-oriented approach. Shape Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) or headless CMS solutions. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
