This role is for Account Development Lead who will be responsible for generating revenue and managing relationship with Multinational CPG manufacturers based in India.
Responsibilities
At NielsenIQ we autonomously contribute to analysis that resolves specific Customer concerns.
This role serves as a bridge between the Commercial team and various other teams like Quality Assurance Operations Engineering & Data Science teams with regards to Customer requirements on business and insights. It also seeks to provide a strategic analysis that enables business decision making of our customers.
This role will enable customers to realize value potential of NIQ products and services. It will help our customers to get strategic insights and participate in customer business reviews with the aim to safequard and grow revenue.
Helps in setting priorities for NIQ to contribute to customer success function. This role entails planning along with the team for delivery of services to manufacturers & retailers using core NIQ products and services in retail measurement E-commerce and Analytics. It also needs the associate to identify whitespace opportunity facilitate building up of the proposal thereby enhance awareness of revenue outlook.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Individuals with prior experience in solving retail (traditional/ modern trade and E-commerce) specific solutions around sales analytics demand management merchandizing brand health salesforce activation and retail measurement. Expertise in specific product category or distribution channel will be an added advantage. With acumen to work in a matrix organization that leverages leadership and influencing skills.

About you
A proven commercial person who can build and execute sales strategy plan and be accountable for end-to-end sales operations process i.e. prospecting developing proposal building negotiating and closing sales. The person should be able to do accurate weekly or monthly sales forecast and effective pipeline management. A team player who can collaborate with peers and contribute to the thinking & strategy of senior management team at NielsenIQ
