Support founders in publishing thought-leadership posts on LinkedIn.
Work with designers to produce infographics short videos and testimonial creatives.
Promote content on external platforms (Medium Behance DesignRush startup portals).
Ensure brand consistency across channels (Clutch GoodFirms DesignRush).
Work with developers to create/update WordPress pages (services industries resources).
Support implementation of design updates (menus banners CTAs navigation).
Report bugs and coordinate fixes with developers.
Assist in creating lead-gen assets (guides checklists landing pages) with writers/designers.
Support email nurturing campaigns (emails thank-you pages landing pages).
Help coordinate CRO experiments (popups CTAs engagement tools).
Execute the quarterly content calendar under senior guidance.
Assist with thematic campaigns (e.g. AI Month Women in Tech Week).
Coordinate logistics for employee advocacy programs and office engagement initiatives.
Support CSR and gifting campaigns (festive kits client engagement activities).
Assist in preparing awards/PR submissions and case study formatting.
Collect and follow-up for Clutch reviews and client testimonials.
Support podcast content outreach and guest coordination.
Track engagement metrics for campaigns and social media.
Document progress and share weekly updates in team meetings.
Maintain reports on branding PR and outreach activities.
1 3 years of experience in digital marketing content or SEO roles.
Strong writing/editing skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with SEO basics WordPress and social media.
Ability to coordinate across teams (writers designers developers).
Willingness to learn marketing automation analytics and campaign tools.
Organized proactive and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Working days: 5 days a week (plus 1st & 3rd Saturdays working)
