Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Management:
Directly supervise on-site staff and subcontractors assign tasks monitor performance and provide training and feedback.
Safety & Compliance:
Implement and enforce safety protocols conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments and ensure compliance with health safety and building codes.
Project Monitoring:
Monitor the overall progress of the project track work activities and ensure adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards.
Resource Management:
Coordinate the scheduling of labor equipment and materials to meet project needs.
Communication & Reporting:
Liaise with project managers architects engineers and clients to report progress address issues and provide updates on the project.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records including worker time payroll daily logs and safety reports.
Problem-Solving:
