Key Responsibilities
Collect analyze and interpret sales data client performance and market trends.
Prepare regular sales reports dashboards and forecasting models for management.
Track and monitor sales pipeline conversion ratios and revenue performance.
Support business development teams with data-driven insights for client acquisition.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies with L&D offerings.
Analyze customer segments and recommend cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
Assist in preparing proposals presentations and sales enablement materials.
Monitor competitor activities and prepare market intelligence reports.
Ensure accuracy of sales data in CRM/ERP systems (Zoho CRM Salesforce etc.).
Identify gaps in sales processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Requirements
Required Skill Sets
Strong knowledge of sales analysis reporting and forecasting.
Proficiency in Excel Power BI or data visualization tools.
Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho CRM Salesforce HubSpot etc.).
Good understanding of Learning & Development industry offerings (training e-learning coaching etc.).
Strong analytical numerical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prepare and present MIS reports and executive dashboards.
Knowledge of sales funnel metrics and business KPIs.
