Job Summary
Job Description:
Department: Knowledge Center
Reports to: Head of Knowledge Center
As a Knowledge Analyst you will be responsible for collecting curating and classifying strategic data from internal and external sources. You will leverage smart tools and AI-powered platforms to accelerate data processing and ensure high-quality knowledge assets are available for consulting teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and classify data from RFPs project deliverables and external publications.
- Use AI tools (e.g. NLP document classification semantic search) to automate and optimize data processing.
- Tag and organize content in a structured knowledge repository.
- Collaborate with consulting teams to understand data relevance and usage.
- Ensure data quality consistency and compliance with internal standards.
- Generate periodic reports and insights from curated data.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Management or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in data curation knowledge management or consulting support.
- Familiarity with document processing platforms and knowledge bases.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with tools like SharePoint.
