Vehicle Technician - Maidstone Area

Basic Salary: 33,000 - 38,000 DOE
OTE: 40,000 - 45,000 (with bonus)
Hours: Monday to Friday, with overtime available

We are working with one of Maidstone's leading independent garages, well-established in the local community and equipped with the latest workshop technology. Combining main-dealer standards with the personal touch of a family business, they offer a wide range of repairs, servicing, and maintenance for most makes and models, including hybrid and electric vehicles.

The Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you will:

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a variety of vehicles

• Undertake diagnostic and fault-finding work where required

• Work confidently with modern workshop and diagnostic equipment

• Ensure all work is completed to high standards of safety and quality

• Support workshop efficiency and work well within a close-knit team

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Vehicle Technician (IMI or equivalent)

• Strong background in vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair

• Diagnostic experience would be beneficial but not essential

• Confident working on a range of makes and models (experience with hybrid and electric vehicles advantageous)

• Reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented

What's on Offer

• Basic salary from 33,000 - 38,000 (depending on experience)

• Bonus scheme with an OTE of 40,000 - 45,000
