Job Description
Location: Roodepoort / Krugersdorp
Salary: R25 000 (Negotiable)
Are you a meticulous and experienced finance professional looking to join a dynamic team Our client in the West Rand is seeking a Junior Bookkeeper with at least 5 years of experience to handle full bookkeeping functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full creditors function invoice processing reconciliations and payments
- Full debtors function invoicing payment allocations and collections
- Daily cashbook processing and bank reconciliations
- Reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts
- Assist with VAT calculations and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Requirements:
- 5 years bookkeeping experience
- Relevant financial qualification or diploma
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g. Pastel Xero QuickBooks)
- Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
