Job Description
Job Title: Foreman Workshop (Transportation Trucks and Commercial Vehicles)
Salary: R25000 - R35000 Basic Benefits
Location: Roodepoort Krugersdorp Fourways
Are you a young dynamic and driven individual with a passion for trucks and commercial vehicles Our client a leader in the transportation industry is looking for a Foreman to manage the workshop operations for truck and trailer repairs. If youre a qualified Red Seal Motor Mechanic with experience in side tipper links we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily workshop operations and manage a team of 15 mechanics.
- Ensure trucks trailers and commercial vehicles are maintained and repaired to high standards.
- Troubleshoot and perform repairs on trucks trailers and commercial vehicles.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are operational.
- Maintain a clean safe and compliant workshop environment.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work and repairs.
Requirements:
- Red Seal Qualified Motor Mechanic (Diesel qualification is advantageous but not essential).
- Proven experience with truck and trailer maintenance (side tipper links experience a must).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
