Job Description
Our Client a well established Engineering Firm in Roodepoort Johannesburg West Rand is seeking the services of an Occupational Health and Safety Agent ()
The objective is to appoint a professional registered SACPCMP Health and Safety Agent (CHSA) with a minimum of 7 - 8 years construction health and safety experience to act as the Employers Representative and ensure compliance with OH&S regulations for our clients organisation and on project level. The Construction Health and Safety Agent should have in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations at all levels and be able to develop organize implement and oversee the health and safety requirements of a construction project from start to finish. Additionally a Construction Health and Safety Agent should be able to mentor train and guide Construction Health and Safety Managers and Officers.
Salary: R 100 000 monthly

The Occupational Health and Safety Agent should have the following qualifications:
- National Diploma in Safety Management
- B-Tech in Safety Management
- Operational Risk Management
- MSc in Construction Health and Safety Management
Or alternatively a combination of the following qualifications:
- National Diploma (Building CM QS Arch Civil Electrical Mech) Programmes in Construction Health and Safety
- BSc / B-Tech (Building CM QS Arch Civil Electrical Mech) Programmes in Construction Health and Safety
- Honours (Building CM QS Arch Civil Electrical Mech) Programmes in Construction Health and Safety
- MSc (Building CM QS Arch Civil Electrical Mech) Programmes in Construction Health and Safety
