Workshop Controller Cape Town
Our client a reputable dealership is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to oversee their workshop operations in Cape Town. Experience with Ford Land Rover VW or Audi will be a strong advantage!
This position offers the potential to become the 2IC (Second-in-Command) within the service department with further career growth opportunities.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workshop Controller in a dealership environment.
- Experience with Ford Land Rover VW or Audi brands is highly advantageous.
- Red Seal qualification will be advantageous.
- Proven track record in managing workshop schedules ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to assist and guide technicians.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Skilled in handling workshop KPIs including job card management time management and quality control.
- Ability to maintain factory standards audits and compliance requirements.
- Leadership skills to motivate and manage workshop staff effectively.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving workshop targets and customer satisfaction.
