**Required Obstetric Procedures:
** - Management of Low Risk Pregnancies (e.g. history of twins toxemia pyelonephritis etc.) - Management of High Risk Pregnancies (e.g. cases involving toxemia diabetes Class II or higher cardiac conditions chronic lung problems chronic renal disease etc.)
**Labor and Delivery Required Procedures:**
- Routine vaginal deliveries and low forceps assistance
- Decision-making regarding cesarean deliveries
- Complicated deliveries including cesarean sections breech presentations multiple births and abruptions - Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC)
- Repair of third and fourth degree perineal lacerations
**Gynecological Required Procedures:**
- Surgical gynecology procedures (open technique)
- Laparoscopic diagnostic and minor procedures only including tubal ligation laparoscopic ovarian abscesses (LOA) and chromopertubation
- Operative and major procedures (inclusive of diagnostic) such as ectopic pregnancy management oophorectomy cystectomy and extensive laparoscopic ovarian procedures
Qualifications - Board Certification: Required
- Active Pennsylvania State License: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification: Required
