Job Description
Colours Inc. is seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team working from our Endicott NY store. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships promoting our products and driving sales growth across a multi-city territory in New York State and Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with the drive to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Promote product lines and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Identify new business opportunities to increase sales
- Manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Provide exceptional customer service before during and after the sale
- Travel throughout assigned territory regularly

Other requirements:
- Automotive paint industry experience preferred; other qualified applicants will be considered
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to gain knowledge of product lines
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
