Position Required:Cook II
Status: Permanent Part Time
Hours: 6:00a.m. 2:00p.m. 30 hours bi-weekly including alternate weekends.
Date Required: ASAP
Salary: According to Collective Agreement
Qualifications:
- Chef training or culinary management diploma from a program that meets the standards established by the Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities. Red Seal preferred but not required. If the above qualifications are not met applicants must have Food Service Worker Certificate and current Food Handlers Certificate
- Minimum 2 year cooking experience in an institutional setting with a minimum of 2 years prep-cook experience.
- Must be able to fully communicate (reading writing and speaking) in English.
- Knowledge of Italian Cuisine Italian Cooking Techniques and Language an Asset.
