Description

The Outreach Lead is responsible for organizing and engaging consortium and council partners to strategically coordinate support for service delivery and ensure alignment with project goals. This position will lead outreach and engagement efforts for the RCORP program including establishing an outreach plan coordinating with consortium and county councils and facilitating service coordination between VOAOK programs and community partners.

Organize and engage consortium and council partners to strategically coordinate support for service delivery and meet RCORP project goals.
Develop and implement an outreach plan to serve the grants target population.
Establish and maintain a schedule of visits with consortium partners and county councils.
Develop and share regular communications and updates with consortium partners.
Coordinate service delivery efforts between the program and community partners.
Build and maintain positive relationships with community stakeholders service providers and local organizations.
Track document and report outreach activities and service coordination efforts in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience working in community outreach or engagement.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proactive and detail-oriented.
Must maintain a valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto liability insurance.
Previous experience working with individuals experiencing addiction or mental health disorders is a plus!
