Job Skills / Requirements
Two shifts available;
Saturday-Monday: 6pm-6am (36 hours per week)
Monday-Friday: 12 noon-3pm (15 Hours per week)
Pay $13.50 possible increase after successful 90-day probationary period.
Required
- 18 years or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Background check
- Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
- Able to stand for duration of shift
- Must be able to pass a drug test
Essential Duties
- Clean/maintain floors (vacuum mop carpet spotting)
- Clean/maintain surface areas (dust sanitize glass/mirror/window cleaning metal/wood polishing)
- Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and adhere to all safety precautions when mixing cleaning solutions
- Represent facility in a positive manner able to follow oral instructions pleasant tactful courteous and cooperative with supervisor co-workers customers security and management
- Perform other general cleaning duties as needed
This job reports to the Project Manager
This is a Part-Time position1st Shift 2nd Shift Weekends.
