Job description
Proper Food offers freshly handcrafted and convenient grab-and-go fare.
We are looking for drivers to deliver food from our central kitchen in South San Francisco to our stores in Downtown San Francisco. Our drivers area part of our culinary team in the kitchen and help prep food when not driving.
Compensation
$25/hr Tips
This position is Full time
8am-4:30pm - Weekdays
1am - 10am - Sat & Sun
MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS
Daily duties will be to:
Deliver food from kitchen to SFO (San Francisco Airport) retail stores as well as make catering deliveries to local businesses
Lifting over 50lbs
Pushing fully loaded speed racks
Stocking food in merchandisers in-store
Food Prep in kitchen
Maintaining a high standard of customer service
Job requirements
We are looking for a driver with:
Must speak english fluently
Must be able to pass government background check and security training at SFO within 3 weeks from hire date
Previous experience driving mid-size delivery vehicles (20 feet) within a city environment
Valid California Drivers license with clean driving record
100% dependable
Kitchen experience preferred
Enthusiastic & self-motivated
Excellent communication skills
