As the Director of Business Development at BILL you will be a key player in shaping the strategic partnerships and alliances that fuel our growth and impact. Youll be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration creativity and a shared commitment to making financial processes smoother for businesses. Your role will involve forging partnerships expanding our ecosystem and contributing to our mission of creating a more connected and efficient financial world.
- Strategic Partner Identification: Lead the charge in identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships that align with BILLs mission our growth strategy to create distribution channels and enhance our product offerings.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential partners industry leaders and key stakeholders to foster a robust network of collaboration opportunities.
- Negotiation and Deal-Making: Lead negotiations structuring and execution of partnership agreements to drive business growth and create win-win scenarios.
- Ecosystem Expansion: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new markets verticals and channels for expansion ensuring that BILL remains at the forefront of industry innovation.
- Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in the industry representing BILL at conferences events and forums to showcase our expertise and strengthen our reputation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of dedicated business development professionals fostering their growth and professional development.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and market trends to inform decision-making refine strategies and seize new opportunities.

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical dental vision life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan flexible spending & health savings account paid holidays paid time off and other company benefits.
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper UT. Additionally this role is eligible to participate in BILLs bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
