What youll do:
- Optimize fleet utilization and manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets including acquisition tracking capitalization and disposalwith intent to improve fleet management processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of fixed assets including reconciliation of physical asset counts and updating asset records
- Support Area logistics on fleet equipment moves investments and divestments
- Monitor and report Area and National progress on directed fleet decisions and address non-compliance
- Focus on end-of-life assets to ensure proper disposal or sale maximizing gains on asset sales while enhancing active fleet performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance operations and procurement to align and accurately track assets
- Maintain high visibility of fleet status including utilization by set size equipment under repair or inspection turnaround timelines and rehires
Youll have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors degree in a related field and/or 5 years of relevant work experience
- PC literacy in a Microsoft Office environment (Largely Excel & PowerPoint) experience with an ERP system is preferred
- Proven effective skills of networking negotiation communication and influencing without authority in all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated ability to visualize gather information analyze articulate analysis and make predictions based upon data analysis
- Proficient at maintaining focus and driving multiple tasks at the same time while working effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Successful track record in coordinating asset movement
