A growing home care company is seeking an Intake Rep who thrives on connecting with people and closing this role you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking services actively engaging prospective clients and their families explaining available programs and guiding them through the intake process. The ideal candidate is persuasive motivated by results and enjoys turning conversations into commitments while ensuring every client feels supported.

Responsibilities Include:

Serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients and families
Actively engaging clients in meaningful conversations to build trust and connection
Explaining programs and services clearly and persuasively
Guiding clients through the intake process with professionalism and empathy
Collecting and verifying necessary information and documentation
Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and onboarding
Driving growth by converting inquiries into enrolled clients

Ideal Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive and results-driven with the ability to close deals
Empathetic and patient with the ability to connect with families in sensitive situations
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Previous experience in healthcare home care or sales preferred

Salary: $50k - $65k/Year Bonuses
