พนกงานผสมเคม (Mixing Operator)

รายละเอยดงาน

พนกงานผสมเคมมบทบาทสำคญในหลายอตสาหกรรม เชน อตสาหกรรมเคม อตสาหกรรมอาหาร อตสาหกรรมยา และอตสาหกรรมพลงงาน หนาทหลกคอ ผสมสารเคมตางๆ เขาดวยกนตามสตรทกำหนด ในตำแหนงนตองใชทกษะความแมนยำ ความละเอยดรอบคอบ และความรเกยวกบคณสมบตของสารเคม เพอผลตสนคาใหไดคณภาพมากทสด

Main responsibilities

เตรยมวตถดบเคม:ตองตรวจสอบวตถดบเคมกอนทำการผสม เชน ตรวจสอบปรมาณ คณภาพ และความสะอาด จากนนจงชงตวงวตถดบเคมตามสตรทกำหนด
การปฏบตงาน:ตรวจสอบวตถดบเครองจกรและอปกรณผสมเคมสำเรจตามวธการปฏบตการเกบตวอยางเพอวเคราะห การจดเกบเคมสำเรจการสงมอบเคมสำเรจแกแผนกบรรจควบคมการเบกจายเคมสำเรจ (WIP)
ดแลเครองมอวดและอปกรณ:จดเตรยมการผสมโดยเตรยมเครองจกรอปกรณใหพรอม
จดการทวไป:การปฏบตงานใหสอดคลองกบระบบคณภาพตาง ๆ และงานอนๆ ทไดรบมอบหมาย

ไมจำกดเพศอาย 22 ปขนไป
วฒการศกษาระดบ ม.3ขนไป
ประสบการณการทำงานอยางนอย1ป ในดานการผสมเคม
มทกษะการทำงานเปนทม
มความละเอยดรอบรอบ
ความรกครอบครวของตวเอง
(รวมเพอน และสตวเลยง)
