Your tasks:

Provide graphic support including modifications to existing layouts (factsheets reference sheets headers trade show visuals booth walls promotional materials such as roll-ups and giveaways simple cutouts for portraits and full-body photos advertisement adaptations infographics etc.)
Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations to corporate design standards for internal and external events webinars and speeches
Maintenance of a Data Asset Management Tool
Create product collaterals such as product data sheets and catalogs and prepare for various channels e.g. digital platforms and buyers guidesinitially manually and later via an automated interface that receives product data
Assist with day-to-day operational tasks
Ensure implementation of corporate branding requirements including a multi-branding approach
Potentially establish and manage a small design team in the future

Your profile:

Skills in graphic design especially Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop) as well as other relevant graphic programs
MS Office especially PowerPoint
Extensive experience in graphic design either within an agency or a corporate environment
Expertise in implementing corporate branding requirements including a multi-branding approach
Strong aesthetic sense attention to detail and a certain level of numerical literacy
Project management skills
Experience with complex industrial explanation-intensive product content is a plus
Process understanding in international companies is preferred
Basic understanding of media licensing requirements
Familiarity with Data Asset Management Tools and digital publishing platforms is a plus
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently support daily operations and prioritize tasks effectively
Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
