Supports the management & execution of the Private Wealth Referral Program. This is a multi-ask role that includes the running of the day-to day referral related activities for all of PW (to/from Partner referrals) management and analysis of large volume of data issue spotting tracking reporting and communication the execution of program components by working independently as well as with partner stakeholders to ensure effective & seamless delivery of program initiative to achieve desired business results. Able to work independently and handle both routine and non-routine situations.
Ensures that monthly deadlines are met by being proactive with multiple demands of role and ensure output is of high-quality standards and to the satisfaction of the Referral Program Manager. Communication and content with and for the Front line (referrers) delivered with thoughtful clarity to minimize follow up inquires and improve user opportunities to increase efficiency create capacity and simplify processes by working closely with the team.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards.
