The Administrative Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the digital marketing teams day-to-day operations. This position ensures the team functions efficiently projects remain on schedule and communication among internal teams clients and partners is seamless. The ideal candidate is highly organized adaptable and eager to help drive digital marketing campaign success. This position is hybrid with 1 day on site (Wednesday).
What youll do:
- Provide proactive administrative and operational support to the digital marketing team including managing schedules team calendars and meeting logistics.
- Track deadlines for campaigns deliverables and reporting; follow up with team members to ensure milestones are met.
- Help designers source information and assets needed to complete a project
- Help maintain digital asset libraries campaign trackers and marketing databases with current data and files.
- Proactively check social calendars and confirm assets going live are QCd and correct
- Coordinate digital marketing teams communications with clients
- Assist in reviewing and proofreading digital content for accuracy branding and deadlines.
- QC approved files before final delivering to clients
Qualifications :
What you bring:
- 2 years of administrative support experience preferably on a marketing creative or digital team.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Trello Box Slack
- Excellent time management organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Superior attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of supporting client-facing activities.
- Prior agency experience a plus
Compensation: $50000 plus based on experience.
