Were seeking a Senior Manager to lead and revolutionize our US Third-Party (3P) Promotions Strategy. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of seller success customer experience and business growth requiring a strategic leader who can orchestrate complex initiatives across our marketplace ecosystem.
As the Strategic Leadership pillar of this role you will be responsible for defining and executing the multi-year vision for 3P promotions carefully balancing seller profitability with customer value. You will architect promotional frameworks that drive marketplace competitiveness and seller adoption while leading innovation in promotional mechanics tools and capabilities that differentiate our platform. A crucial aspect of your role will be developing strategic narratives that align executive stakeholders and drive organizational buy-in for your initiatives.
From a Business Impact perspective you will own the end-to-end promotional experience for our seller community with a focus on driving adoption and satisfaction. Through data-driven insights and market analysis you will identify and capture new business opportunities. Your leadership will be instrumental in scaling promotional programs that deliver measurable impact on key business metrics including GMV Units and New-to-Brand customers. Success in this role requires a delicate balance between driving short-term performance and making strategic long-term investments.

Your ability to engage with senior leadership will be essential in securing resources and support for strategic initiatives. As a senior leader you will represent the 3P business in executive forums and industry events.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $160300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
