Het Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Agile squad zorgt dat onze Thales Nederland collegas worden voorzien van PLM applicaties die hun processen op de juiste manier ondersteunen. Vanuit de locatie Hengelo leveren wij support aan de 4 Thales vestigingen in Nederland.

Over jouw toekomstige baan

• Het optimaliseren en ontwikkelen van specifieke Windchill oplossingen gebruik makend van JAVA de Windchill APIs en het Windchill Object Model.
• Het uitvoeren van user stories in nauwe samenwerking met de aanvrager en eventueel andere squads
• Het inventariseren van behoeften in de business en dit vertalen in definitie en inrichting door het maken van user Epics/stories (refinement);
• Het borgen en effectueren van een solide kennisoverdracht.

De belangrijkste taken zijn:

• System Management: Onderhoud en beheer van PLM-systemen om hoge beschikbaarheid prestaties en betrouwbaarheid te waarborgen.
• Process Optimization: Samenwerken met cross-functionele teams om procesverbeteringen binnen het PLM-framework te identificeren en implementeren.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Technische ondersteuning bieden aan gebruikers problemen oplossen en zorgen voor een soepele werking van PLM-tools en applicaties.
• Data Management: Toezicht houden op de nauwkeurigheid en integriteit van productdata gedurende de hele levenscyclus van creatie tot verwijdering.
• Integration: Werken aan de integratie van PLM-systemen met andere bedrijfsinstrumenten en systemen om een naadloze doorstroming van data te garanderen.
• Training: Trainingsprogrammas ontwikkelen en aanbieden aan gebruikers om hun inzicht en effectief gebruik van PLM-systemen te verbeteren.
• Documentation: Uitgebreide documentatie creëren en onderhouden met betrekking tot PLM-processen systeemconfiguraties en best practices.

Waarom ben jij een goede match
We zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die:

• Een voltooide HBO of WO opleiding heeft.
• 3 jaar ervaring heeft met het ontwikkelen van JAVA-oplossingen in PTC Windchill.
• Ruime ervaring heeft met Windchill PDMLink Windchill MPMLink de Windchill APIs en het Windchill Object Model.
• Een T-shaped professional is met een sterke interesse in de technische en functionele kant van applicaties.
• Servicegericht flexibel ingesteld communicatief sterk en een teamplayer is.
• Goed kan luisteren en doorvragen ook wanneer de boodschap niet expliciet is.
• Analytische vaardigheden heeft.
• Wil werken in een afdeling die de Agile werkmethodieken en cultuur heeft omarmd.
• Zelf initiatief neemt en op de hoogte blijft van PLM ontwikkelingen.
• Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift heeft.

About the team

The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Agile squad ensures that our Thales Netherlands colleagues are provided with PLM applications that properly support their processes. From our Hengelo location we provide support to Thales four locations in the Netherlands.

About your future job

• Optimizing and developing specific Windchill solutions using JAVA Windchill APIs and the Windchill Object Model.
• Executing user stories in close collaboration with the requester and possibly other squads.
• Identifying business needs and translating them into definitions and setups by creating user Epics/stories (refinement);
• Ensuring and implementing solid knowledge transfer.

Key responsibilities:

• System Management: Maintain and administer PLM systems to ensure high availability performance and reliability.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements within the PLM framework.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to users resolving issues and ensuring smooth operation of PLM tools and applications.
• Data Management: Oversee the accuracy and integrity of product data throughout its lifecycle from inception to retirement.
• Integration: Work on the integration of PLM systems with other enterprise tools and systems ensuring seamless data flow.
• Training: Develop and deliver training programs for users to enhance their understanding and effective use of PLM systems.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to PLM processes system configurations and best practices.

• Has 3 years of experience developing JAVA solutions in PTC Windchill.
