What you bring to SBHG:
A masters degree or Ph.D. in Social Work Psychology or Marriage Family and Child Counseling from an accredited college or university is required.
It must be a California BBS-licensed LMFT LCSW or LPCC.
Requires two years of direct service experience with the mentally ill preferably adults.A Valid California Drivers License is preferred.
CPR certification is required and must be obtained from an approved agency (such as the American Red Cross) within 90 days of employment.
How you will make a difference:
This positions primary responsibility is to assist the Clinical Supervisor in the oversight of programing and service delivery. It also serves as a resource for therapists on documentation performs diagnostic evaluations and provides therapeutic services.

Division/Program Overview:
These 16-bed facilities are a 24/7 alternative to urgent care or hospitalization for adults with mental health challenges or those who have recently experienced a crisis. The programs provide a safe homelike setting where individuals can live on-site for a short period while they receive intensive treatment. Clients can get physical and psychological evaluations counseling and mental health and case management services. The goal is to help them learn basic living and interpersonal skills and provide assistance with locating permanent housing.

In accordance with California law the grade for this position is 68640.00 - 98178.07. Placement within the grade is determined based on experience internal equity and other factors permitted by law.
