Your Impact at Itential:

As our Senior Product Manager youll own the complete product lifecycle for our network automation platform. Youll drive product strategy and roadmap decisions that directly influence how enterprises worldwide manage their infrastructure. Working closely with engineering teams youll translate complex network challenges from Fortune 500 customers into innovative product solutions that save millions in operational costs. Required Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field required

Experience:

7 years of product management experience with enterprise infrastructure networking or DevOps tools required

Demonstrated experience with network protocols (REST APIs NETCONF SNMP) and automation frameworks required

Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B enterprise software products required

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and their networking services required

Background in Agile product development methodologies and cross-functional team leadership required

Skills & Competencies:

Deep understanding of network automation challenges and enterprise infrastructure requirements

Strong analytical skills for market analysis competitive intelligence and data-driven decision making

Background with ITSM platforms network monitoring tools or orchestration systems

Experience in SaaS API-first or platform product management
