Job Summary
Job Title: Company ControllerLocation: East SideReports to: Chief Executive OfficerSchedule: Monday - Friday -8am-5pmPay Rate: $38.46 more or less (Keep in mind you need all the requirements)Position SummaryWe are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Controller to lead our financial operations across the U.S. and Mexico. This role oversees accounting reporting and compliance in both countries working closely with leadership to support business ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the accounting team (about 12 staff) across financial reporting for U.S. and Mexico compliance with U.S. GAAP and Mexican accounting/tax A/P A/R payroll general ledger and monthly tax filings audits and budgets in both financial policies and internal financial data and provide reports to cross-border business planning and transfer and train accounting team degree in Accounting Finance or similar (CPA/CMA preferred).710 years of accounting/finance experience; 3 years in a leadership knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Mexican managing teams of 10 : English and Spanish in ERP systems and communication leadership and problem-solving & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience)Health dental and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysProfessional development supportPotential performance-based bonuses
