Job Title: Quality and Compliance Specialist PACE Program
Purpose:
This role supports the PACE program by coordinating quality assurance performance improvement and compliance activities across medical services home care and contracted services. The specialist ensures regulatory requirements and safety initiatives are met maintains survey readiness and manages data collection analysis and reporting in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and 2 years in quality compliance or performance improvement (healthcare experience preferred)
- Experience with elderly or frail populations preferred
- Strong analytical problem-solving and data interpretation skills
- Ability to work independently adapt to change and manage conflict
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with virtual tools and environments

Youll lead efforts in tracking and trending performance metrics support survey preparation and ensure timely reporting. This role requires agility attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement.
