We are looking for a driven ambitious andproactive leaderwhoenjoysdrawing and explaining the biggerpicture while still havingapracticalapproach role is part of the Nordic Resources Strategy & Consulting team with keyobjectiveto grow the practice and business in Stavanger.
Job description
- People lead for talents in the energy industry consultant group
- Lead several cross-functional teams and deliveriesfor energy clients
- Drive sales and lead RFP responses related to energy clients
- Lead internal competency development to enable innovationbydrive adoption ofnew technologyand industrychanges
- Driveinternalsocialandprofessional client events as Accenture sponsored events such as ONS and Level gatherings
- Member of the Norwegian and Nordic management team of resources in industry consulting group
- Member of the Stavanger management team cross functions and services.
Requirements
- Min8-12yearsofrelevantworkingexperienceinindustryconsultancy
- Proventrack recordfrom supporting transformations in the industry and you know what it takes tofurther grow and build a practice
- Provencommercialresults in sales and deliveries toclients
- Exemplified feedback ofyourstrong leadership skills and project experience with internal teamsclientsandmulti-vendor collaborations
- Newly conducted relevant courses and certificationsshowcasingupskilling or reskilling
- Driven ambitious analyticalpositiveand proactive personality type
- Masters degree in relevant subjects such as strategy economics energy etc.
