Job Summary

to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.
As a Development Infrastructure & IT engineer you will:
- IT Operations:
- Provide essential IT support including configuring and maintaining user hardware and software.
- Manage and optimize computer systems networks and servers.
- Utilize and manage Active Directory.
- Ensure system resilience through business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
- Development Environment Management:
- Lead the design implementation and maintenance of our internal Labs & Staging environments.
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot performance issues across our compute storage and network layers.
- Manage the full lifecycle of virtual machines.
- Execute system patching upgrades and configuration changes adhering to change management policies.
- Implement and validate disaster recovery and backup solutions using tools such as Veeam.
- Partner with security teams to maintain compliance and robust security posture.
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all infrastructure elements.
- Collaborate closely with all R&D teams to support their infrastructure needs.
We Are Looking For:
An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:
- Excellent understanding of IT best practices and change management workflows.
- Proven familiarity with VMWare and Proxmox infrastructure.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix Prometheus Grafana).
- Bonus points for familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Ansible Terraform).
