Position Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations.
• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
• Provides limited feedback on assessment results.
• Support the organization to implement strategies and plans. Works under general supervision.
• Implements routine manufacturing processes and assists with the development of new or revised processes.
• Guides routine production activities and resolves problems of limited scope.
• Reviews and approves standard technical documents.
• Guides others in complying with manpower requirements.
• Collects and interprets data; assists in translating data into actionable plan
• Reviews and validates corrective action plans
• Utilize Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel (or equivalent tools) with the ability to perform calculations and analyze data in Excel
• Understand complex formulas (nested if loops conditional counts/sums/avgs hlooksup/vlookup/xlookup array formulas etc.)
• Create and manipulate macros and their controls
• Create database connections in Excel to pull data from business systems with SQL
• Ability to understand and track the needs of multiple programs.
• Understanding of theory of constraints and utilization of resources.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 2 years of experience working in a Manufacturing or Production environment
• 1 year of experience working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment where compliance with policies and procedures are essential
• Experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills with leaders and colleagues in an operations environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Previous experience with Project Management
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Lean implementation
• Active US security clearance

Shift:

This position is scheduled for B shift: Monday-Thursday 4:30pm - 3:00am

Summary pay range:

• Associate (Level 2): $62050 - $83950 USD
• Mid-level (Level 3): $79050 - $106950 USD
